Enterprise Account Executive

As a critical member of the sales team, you will be selling PhishLabs IT security services to drive growth within your assigned sales territory. The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for prospecting and closing new business sales of IT security services to financial institutions, hospitals, and other security aware industries. With the support of marketing and Sales Engineering, you will utilize a consultative sales approach using the Solution Selling sales methodology. Your success depends upon leveraging your base of existing contacts, identifying new contacts and prospects, participating in trade shows, assisting with creating and following up on marketing campaigns, and meeting with senior level IT, security, and fraud executives to position PhishLabs as the leading cybercrime and spear phishing protection firm in the world. Critical to your success will be your ability to identify and uncover new opportunities, spark meaningful sales conversations with key decision makers, discover key pain points, and establish a strong foundation for a mutually-beneficial business relationship with PhishLabs.

Key attributes you possess

  • 4-year degree or higher strongly desired
  • 3-5 years of direct sales experience
  • 3+ years selling IT security technologies and/or SaaS (security) offerings
  • A strong hunter mentality with a “do anything it takes to succeed” attitude
  • Uncompromised drive to pick up the phone, prospect, and uncover new sales opportunities
  • Disciplined and well-organized with strong time management skills
  • Excellent listener with exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Quickly identifies challenges and proactively works to resolve them in a create way
  • Is passionate with the ability to learn quickly and understand complex technology systems
  • Openly requests and responds well to coaching and feedback
  • Previous success in a fast paced, growing tech firm is ideal
