Career Opportunity

You will work with a dynamic, growing sales team to follow up on sales leads and schedule initial sales meetings for account executives. This includes quickly contacting all inbound leads, confirming their needs, and scheduling initial sales discussions between the prospective client and PhishLabs account executives. Keys to your success include understanding and communicating PhishLabs key value propositions quickly while working to understand prospective client’s stated needs. You will be speaking with technically proficient fraud and phishing subject matter experts, executives, and C-level decision makers so professionalism and superb communication skills are a must.


This position is instrumental in building early stage sales opportunities and requires a strong attention to detail, focus, and persistence while tracking all outreach attempts. It requires a high level of early-stage sales prospecting activity via email, social (i.e. LinkedIn) and phone, as well as a strong understanding of target buyers needs and PhishLabs solutions.


How the ideal candidate will impact PhishLabs

  • Contribute to growth by immediately following up on all assigned sales leads using multiple outreach attempts and various approaches including phone, email, and social connections.
  • Confirm the needs of each prospective client while establishing trust to have them engage in more discussions
  • Coordinate and schedule initial sales calls/meetings between prospective clients and the outside sales team
  • Set the foundation for long-term, mutually-beneficial business relationships with target accounts

Key attributes the ideal candidate will possess

  • 6-12 months of insides sales experience, preferably in technology
  • Effective prospecting, lead follow up processes, and objection handling techniques and experience
  • Effective communication skills
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial with the drive to constantly improve yourself and the team around you
  • Experience using
  • Experience using SalesLoft preferred
  • Tech savvy
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

Preference will be given to candidates who have

  • B2B Technology sales experience
  • Experience with, SalesLoft and Microsoft Office
