Enterprise Account Manager

The Opportunity:

As a critical member of the sales team, you will be retaining, renewing, and selling additional IT security services to existing clients to drive growth within your assigned client list. The Enterprise Account Manager provides account leadership, develops client relationships at the senior and technical level, and is regarded by the client as an advocate and partner to help foster a mutually beneficial business partnership.  

 

In this role you are responsible for expanding and maintaining business and relationships with financial institutions and other security aware industries. With the support of marketing and Sales Engineering, you will utilize a consultative sales approach using the Solution Selling sales methodology. Your success depends upon your ability to build solid relationships with your clients to meet their security needs while positioning PhishLabs as the leading cybercrime and phishing protection firm in the world.

 

How you will impact PhishLabs and our clients:

  • Maintain and improve client relationships while retaining current business through renewals
  • Grow revenue within the assigned client base through upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Understand the clients cybercrime and security needs and challenges as well as the overall cybercrime and targeted threat landscape, how that impacts the client, and how PhishLabs can help
  • Advocate on behalf of each client to address and resolve each client request, need, and/or concern
  • Demonstrate and present on the value of current services
  • Update and maintain account and other information in CRM systems

 

What you need to SUCCEED:

  • 3-5 years of sales experience and a successful track record of quota attainment in a sales account management role or direct sales role
  • 3+ years selling a managed technology or security service, SaaS offering, network security or threat intelligence services to financial institutions preferred
  • Strong technical acumen with an ability to learn and understand, at a high level: cyberattacks, phishing, ransomware, managed security services, hacking techniques, and associated defensive techniques
  • Experience working with enterprise clients across a large geographic region and knowing how to customize your approach to meet each client’s specific needs and style
  • Experience interacting with “C” level executives as well as sophisticated technical teams within a client environment
  • Well-organized with excellent follow up skills
  • Experience working in a start-up environment would be ideal – we need someone who will “roll up their sleeves and get it done” even if the task is not included in these bullets
  • A bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
  • Self-motivated in achieving goals
